Georges Jeanty was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Miami Florida. He attended Miami-dade University where he majored in Fine Arts. He originally considered a career in acting but decided to pursue his talent as artist concentrating on the comic books he had loved as a child.
His first break came in 1994 with the first issue of Paradigm published by Caliber Comics, he progressed to working with London Night Studios and was a resident artist at Gaijin Studios for a time.
He soon moved to Marvel working on several different X-Men series. His latest accomplishment has been The American Way for Wildstorm and of course is currently working on the Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Season 8 series.
